holistic support for your birthing journey
as a certified birth doula, my training involved trauma informed birth with a focus on reproductive justice and equitable birth. i recognize birth and postpartum as a whole-body experience and utilize my skills as a somatic practitioner to support the birthing person + family with a holistic framework that honors the mind-body connection.
i bring unique tools as a movement practitioner to help the birthing person navigate between the experiences of inner and outer world. i see a doula as a sturdy support system for the birthing person as they experience this inner-outer process that occurs (whether that be environmental conditions, internal biological changes, and emotional safety).
i’m currently available to clients in the brooklyn area.
